\nリスニングの大切さや理由をしっかりと受け止めながら、ワークをして、一日が終わりました。<\/p>\n

\nメディテーションを何度もして、自分の中心に寄り添いながら、穏やかに過ぎて行きます。<\/p>\n

\nセミナーと夕食の間、2時間弱をここの食堂で過ごしたり、散歩したりします。<\/p>\n
