Seaweed mineral Bath<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Would it be helpful if I shared about the use of the seaweed mineral bath in relation to the way the body takes in assimilable iodine. Immerse yourself in a warm bath ie above body temperature with two capfuls of the seaweed mineral bath in it thoroughly… dissolved before immersing yourself. Then 20 mins by the clock stay in bath as much of you being covered as possible ie up to the neck. This is to allow the osmotic pressure to build up which increases the possibility for the assimilative Iodine to be taken in by the body at the rate it needs it.
